Breathe... Breathe as deeply as you can, yes, this is the introduction, and we start with the most important step of all, breathing, that which we all do unconsciously, we do it so much, that we no longer appreciate it, we make it look so easy, that we forget of something important, that the simple fact of breathing, even unconsciously while you sleep, is what keeps you alive, so take a moment to thank, and breathe.

Breathe as deep as you can, and enjoy your breathing, let the air that fills your lungs take you to imagine mountains and rivers, valleys and meadows, close your eyes while you breathe and visualize them in full detail, because those images that come to you Mind in full color, they do not belong to you, they got there with the air and the wind, and as you breathe, that same air that has traveled kilometers to reach you, brings with it the aroma of the mountains, the sea breeze and the sound that it comes off the feathers on the wings of the birds, it is all contained in every breath you take and let go, and you are not realizing it, because you are busy, or at least you think, you think you are busy with something, More importantly, you believe that something more important than the fact of being alive is happening, and you do not realize it, because your body continues to do it unconsciously.

You have not realized that thousands and millions of things are happening right now, and yes, all those millions of things that are moving around you have to do with you, they happen around you, but you do not see it, and you have completely forgotten to return to your center, but the most curious thing is that the air, that same air that you breathe, that you do not know from which river or sea it comes, that air knows which is your center, and as you breathe, that air comes to you, enters your body, travel to your center, and returns outward, but you ignore it, you ignore this process because you are assuming that being alive is something important, and you do not perceive what is important What is it.

Every time you have the opportunity, or whenever you feel it necessary, close your eyes, take a deep breath, and go back to your center, and do it again, repeat as many times as you consider necessary, and from there, from your center, start again. And if you have any doubts about finding your center, feel that air that enters your lungs and lets it take you to your center, let yourself be guided by the air with each breath.

One of the big mistakes that we make as a society is that we spend more time paying attention to what is happening outside than to everything that is happening inside, and yes, the news about everything that is happening in the world is important, and Yes, your actions or lack thereof, can contribute greatly to what happens on a day-to-day basis, but just as you pay vital attention day by day, to all the news of what is happening around you, you should also pay much attention, to all those changes that are occurring, or even worse, ceasing to occur within you.

Fears and personal childhood traumas that have not healed, painful experiences from a long time ago that are still there, growing, evolving, adapting your way of thinking, feelings of guilt and regret that you have not overcome, imaginary conversations that never happened, dreams that only ended up becoming frustrations, often due to fear of "what will they say".

There are thousands of daily thoughts moving in your head, this happens literally every day, and we are so busy dealing with the outside world, "what clothes will I look best in the presentation?", "What to eat to look slimmer?", "What is the best angle for the photo?”, that while we are more focused on these superficial ones, a whole internal world is manifesting outside, our entire inner world has begun to show itself outside, through insecurities, contempt, and mistreatment towards other people, through the constant negative comparisons that we make between some people and others, through so many ways, that we do not realize, neither the damage that we are doing to others, nor the damage that we have, and which, with We continue to aggravate each of these acts, more and more, a little more each day.

And that is why it is so important to breathe, once you breathe, not unconsciously, but, when you take a moment, five minutes, to breathe and close your eyes, at that moment you are present, for a single moment, but a valuable moment. the whole world stops for you, the muscles relax, your aura balances its colors, your energy recharges, and during that moment it is not about what is happening around you, it is about you and your interior, no from your environment.

For that single moment in which you consciously choose to breathe, you are returning to your center, you are recharging your strength, you are letting your mind take a few valuable minutes of rest to stop focusing on external work, and start working on the internal one, in what really matters, in what you have inside, that after all, that which is within you, that which you know and that which you have experienced, everything that you have learned, or that you are learning and that you can teach, all this is the only thing that really belongs to you and nobody else, everything else could be taken from you by other people, governments and banks, but that which is in your head, right there where you spend most of the time, that will it belongs to you and only you, and nobody else.

So remember to breathe, breathe consciously, stop what you are doing for a minute and breathe, no matter what you are doing or where you are, embrace this moment and make it yours, and take this moment to understand that you are one with the air that is moving in and out of your lungs, and you are one with the world, just as the whole world is only one with you.

And every time you breathe, you close your eyes and go back to your center, for that one moment, you understand that you are part of something bigger, and you understand that all this that lives inside you, must be healed because once you heal your interior, it is only a matter of time so that all this manifests itself also on your exterior.
