Update: Instead of writing like every year, a new compilation of the posts that I do every year for this season, this year we will do something a bit different; simply update this post from a year ago with new titles, and links to check for you, and I'll be adding the links for new posts here.
Samhain vibes stay just around the corner, and with it, we begin to prepare for the arrival of winter in the Northern Hemisphere; snowfall and icy breezes become our new day-to-day, with it, Yuletime arrives, and every year, this gives us a time of virtual and magickal connection, an enriching and quite nutritious time, an excellent time to read, study, organize our warm refuge at home and try all kinds of soups, hervidos (boiled foods), herbal teas, healthy infusions, and hot drinks.
Here below, is a list of all my links from later years related to Yule-Magic & Christmas-Magic, and a small set of recommended books to nourish our individual practices during the cold winter, while I prepare new content for you, for me, and for each and every one of us. I.
Llewellyn's Little Book of Yule. by Jason Mankey.
Jason Mankey is a Gardnerian witch and the author of multiple books.
Jason - like our own modern Father Christmas - every year offers talks and interviews on the subject being one of his literary strengths; his long-awaited book on Yule, published with Llewellyn Books, is the perfect gift for your witch friend this season, and it's probably One of the most comprehensive and complete books on the subject.

The Old Magic of Christmas: Yuletide Traditions for the Darkest Days of the Year.
Written by Linda Raedisch, it is that book of Christmas stories, folklore, and magic that you simply MUST HAVE in your shelter this and every Christmas. It is that book you will want to read by the fire every year, and it is that book that every witch must have next to their Yule tree.

Pagan Christmas: The Plants, Spirits, and Rituals at the Origins of Yuletide.
Published by Inner Traditions and written by Christian Rätsch and Claudia Müller-Ebeling, for those green witches and herbal sorcerers, all those who seek to work with the herbs and plants of the season, connect with the spirit and energy of these plants, here is a book that compiles the folklore, the stories of origin, and the magic of the plants with which we can decorate and make all kinds of ornaments at home.

The Hedgewitch's Little Book of Seasonal Magic.
It has quickly become one of my favorite and highly recommended books. Tudorbeth wrote a book as small as it is practical, with more than a hundred recipes arranged by season. It gives you new ideas and creative homemade recipes to celebrate the seasons, prepare large and small banquets, organize parties and celebrations with family and friends, and even recipes for consequential talismans using the energies and elements available with each season.

Year of the Witch: Connecting with Nature's Seasons through Intuitive Magick.
Published by Red Wheel Weiser and written by Temperance Alden (creator of Wild-Woman Witchcraft). Year of the Witch is the essential book for every modern witch and every witch looking to connect with the available energies of the season and its celebrations. Temperance teaches you the historical origins of the Wheel of the Year celebrated by the Wiccans and Neo-pagans, invites you to connect with the seasons and with the living spirit of your land, as well as to make your own Wheel of the Year according to your own individual practices and family traditions.

I added my book for two reasons: 1. A bit of self-promotion has never hurt anyone, right? 2. The intention of creating this book was to design simple and easy rituals to attract money and good fortune, which works. Specially created for witches and energy workers with any level of experience, this is the best season to practice these rituals.

The 2nd book by Emma Kathryn for Llewellyn Worldwide is a beautiful, animistic, nature-centered approach to our Traditional Wheel of the Year. Focusing more on your individual relationship with the cycles of nature than on just the celebration of the times.
