Abundant green like prosperous mountains in Spring.

Every year I share again a collection of posts loaded with rituals to perform on Holidays, this year, it doesn't have to be any different.  As a child, the December season was always a time of unity and respect with neighbors and schoolmates, exchange of gifts and Traditions, stories, folklore, magic, home rituals with mom, and continuous preparation for New Year's rituals from early December.

This Year, Abundant Green!!

We have previously shared about the symbolism and history of Christmas trees and their importance at home.  From the choice of the tree and its decorations to its position at home, decisions and more decisions that we have to make, and all these decisions are of vital importance.

That is why this year we chose to use Green at home.  In 2020 we opted for blue and gold, to symbolize will, riches, financial abundance.

In the year 2021 we choose intense red and gold, to symbolize willpower to choose our changes, action, unity, family, abundant material wealth.  And the results and effects of this became visible throughout this year 2022 in each of the aspects at home.

This December 2022 we choose to use mostly deep green (monetary exchange and abundant cash), and equal parts red, dark copper and gold (love, action, stability, abundant riches to share with our loved ones).  All these colors in turn associated with the elements of nature, earth and fire.

Why?

During the year 2021, multiple credit cards arrived (financial expansion, Abundance), now we need abundant, constant, and stable cash to pay them, correct?  (copper, dark brown), and the willingness to prioritize these actions (red).

THE ELEMENT OF THE TREE

In previous years we have added to the tree: A bird of Wood (New direction), a little mirror (inner reflection), a compass (to never lose the North), white roses (purity, forgiveness), a small pearl necklace (travels through the sea, riches and stability), among many others.

This year, the Tarot card of the star, very high among the branches.  To symbolize light, guidance, transmutation, spiritual and material evolution.

AMULET FOR THE TREE

A bag with twelve Gold or Silver coins hanging from the branches, to symbolize and attract wealth during the coming twelve months.

If you want to do something even more "witchy" you can anoint the coins with myrrh and frankincess oil, for good fortune, and to symbolize the gifts of the visiting Magi to the newborn prophet.
