The Spider Monkey as Animal Symbol of Power
The Spider Monkey

Except for the Colombian Spider Monkey with its distinctive face and entirely black fur, the Mexican/Yucatan Spider Monkey with its unique patch of white hair on the abdomen, and the Nicaraguan Spider Monkey with its characteristic golden-brown skin, all other species vary mainly just because of the length of the tail and the fur that ranges from deep red to grayish white.
The Spider Monkey as a person
A person who embodies the characteristics and spirit of the Spider Monkey is highly receptive and incredibly sociable, mischievous, responsible, and fun, but with a great emphasis on the role of the family and each person's role in the family environment. , seeing the entire family not as a group of individuals who grow together and become independent, but rather as a faction of members where each element contributes something unique to the formula.
Despite the above characteristics, these people usually have difficulty settling in one place and constantly move from one place to another. They may also have enormous difficulty accepting changes in routine and adapting to these changes.
The Spider Monkey as power animal
The spirit of Spider Monkey can be drawn and carried as a symbol of power to highlight social skills, gain empathy, and thus achieve better results when working as a team. He is a talisman of force to gain self-confidence and move more comfortably in environments where we have a long time (temporary housing, workplaces, etc.) but still find adapting challenging.
This animal is a silent and intelligent hunter, perceptive and resourceful, but it does not have the best intuition and can easily let others abuse its trust. For this reason, he is always accompanied by a second guardian animal to complement him, as he tends to be entirely trusting and influences those who work with him in the same way.
The Spider Monkey in dreams
The spider monkey appears in dreams under two situations; to warn of danger approaching at home, and to announce a birth or wedding, or more specifically, the arrival of a new member to the family who will be welcomed with open arms.
Note aside: Dreaming about monkeys hanging from branches or making strange noises can indicate imminent danger, that someone is looking for a way to enter our house, or that someone will steal something essential from us.
